Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify application features in Aras Innovator using C# and Java Script. Implement specifications prepared by an internal team, collaborating with them to resolve technical questions. Support integrations between PLM and related enterprise applications, including JD Edwards, material management, MRP, and scheduling tools as those interfaces are defined. Test changes, troubleshoot defects, and incorporate feedback from business users. Coordinate changes with developers working in adjacent project work streams. Document code and technical changes to support deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications: Senior-level, hands-on experience developing enterprise applications in C# and Java Script. Experience implementing complex application changes from established functional and technical specifications. Experience building or supporting integrations between enterprise systems. Strong debugging, testing, documentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to work closely with internal developers and business users in an evolving project environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Aras Innovator or other PLM development experience. Familiarity with engineering, materials, procurement, or project execution processes. Experience integrating with JD Edwards or other ERP platforms. Recruiting priority: Strong C# and Java Script implementation experience is the core requirement. Aras Innovator, PLM, and industry experience would help a candidate ramp up, but the client does not expect this contractor to own business requirements or design CB&I’s future processes.
