Division Talent Acquisition Director (Hybrid)

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to drive division-wide recruitment efforts from our Federal Way, WA office. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration three days per week with remote coordination, reporting to the Division Director of Human Resources. You will lead a team, develop strategies for healthcare talent pipelines, build relationships with facilities, and track key recruiting metrics to improve retention and candidate experience.
