General Ophthalmology Opening Onalaska, WILa Crosse 5mFull Time Comprehensive Ophthalmology Seeking BC/BE General Ophthalmologist to join an established ophthalmology practice in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative team of 5 Ophthalmologists and 5 Optometrists
- Comprehensive practice including: - General Ophthalmology - Cornea - Glaucoma - Optometry services
- Cataract surgery required
- Opportunity to perform additional procedures based on training and interests, including: - Anterior segment surgery - Oculoplastics - Adult strabismus surgery
- Subspecialty-trained candidates encouraged to apply
- Practice Details:4.5-day work week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSurgical block time: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PMCall schedule: 1:5Approximately 25-30 clinic patients per day10-15 surgical cases per week
- Collaborative multidisciplinary care model
Qualifications:
- MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
- Fellowship training welcomed but not required
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
