MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are currently seeking experienced candidates with a working knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics products). We are looking for individuals who are open to new ideas, want to learn new concepts and help our clients ultimately succeed. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our customers on implementations using NAXT, our proprietary ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your main responsibilities would be:provide on-site support to clients during the implementations and go-live period.lead customer throughout the whole Implementation/upgrade of NAXT/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.lead consulting sessions independently. Assess, understand and document relevant customer requests. Communicate these to other parties involved in the process in a proper manner. Involve junior colleagues in the consulting process.collect functional requirements while working with the customer, participate in creating FRDs (Functional requirement documents)participate in creating functional solution designs and related test designsfacilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations either remotely or on site as required by the customerknow the functional area end-to-end processes, as well as processes that provide input for the role. Identify problems resulting from errors during the execution of the process.manage and resolve issues based on this knowledge.suggest and deliver improvements for the processes and systems affecting the whole implementation/support lifecycle.manage the project timeline and working with both business & technical personnel to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the project planprovide post-implementation support to customers after the go-live datework on international projects in the heavy equipment industry What we expect from you:university degree in Business Informatics/Engineering/any related field or Finance, Industrial engineering, economicsrelevant working experience including expertise in business solutionsexcellent command of English, in both speaking and writingexperience with ERP implementationconsulting/implementation experience either on customer side or as an implementation partnergood presentation and demonstration skillsstriving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitudewillingness to travel (40-60 %)experience with: Microsoft AX2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 business central is a huge advantagegood leadership team player and problem-solving skills.ability to work with cross - functional global teams.
