Job Details: In this role, you'll handle matters in Housing Court and assist with New York Supreme Court litigation. You'll draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and stipulations, and represent owners in court. It's a fast-paced practice with plenty of hands-on responsibility.

Requirements: Active New York Bar admission About 3-4 years of landlord-tenant, real estate, or related litigation experience Strong legal research and writing skills, plus courtroom or oral advocacy experience Ability to meet a 1,800-hour annual billable requirement This is an on site position Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
