Inside Business Development Specialist

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Onboard and activate new merchant partners Drive originations and funded volume growth within the first 90 days Make 60-75 outbound calls daily to engage merchants and advance opportunities Manage a structured pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up Coach merchants on financing program utilization and best practices Build strong relationships with merchant decision-makers Monitor performance trends and proactively address gaps Accurately document activities and opportunities within CRM systems Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Operations teams to support merchant success What We're Looking For Strong sales, business development, or account management experience Proven ability to build relationships and influence business partners Excellent phone presence and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience managing pipelines and prioritizing multiple opportunities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Success in This Role Top performers demonstrate: High outbound activity and engagement consistency Strong consultative selling skills Effective pipeline management Accountability for results Urgency, responsiveness, and professionalism Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and close the deal. Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, verifiable on their resume. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.
