We are currently looking for a Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate meets safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards. The Material Handler interacts with other departments to achievethe company’score strategies and moves productsto accommodate production.

Responsibilities:
Reads and understands Job Tickets and layoutstoproduce the correct productofthe highest quality.
Understands and executes planschedulesin an accurate and prompt manner to effectively maximize throughput.
Works closely with all Associates to coordinate the workflow.
Performance metrics must be at the average or greater for thisposition.
Completes required documentation in an accurateand prompt manner.
Safely operates material moving equipment.
Assistsinmaintainingequipment foroptimaloperation, including adjustments. Assistswithpreventative maintenance.
Correctly entersinformation intosystems for job tracking and payroll.
Disposesofwaste materials into proper storage containers. Mark andidentifycontainers with required documentation.
Complieswithestablished facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP, HAACP, BRC) as applicable.
Interactsand behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally whilemaintainingthe companycode of ethics.
Responsible for maintainingdaily housekeeping efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skill, and ability.
Ability to operatematerial handling equipment. Forkliftexperience, required.
Basic math and reading skills.
