We're always looking for drivers who take pride in their qualifications, experience and knowledge. We invest in drivers who never compromise safety and who are looking for experience beyond the average load. Owner Operators Additional Compensation: Owner Operators start at 65% of revenue + accessorial pay Safety Bonuses$2,000 Referral Bonus (For Drivers Referring New Hires - Extended Pay Out) Paid pump usage fee$5,000 Sign-on BonusPayout Structure:$1,000 paid out week after orientation (orientation pay)$1,000 paid out after the first billed load$1,000 paid out on the 30-day mark (This will go towards the owner operator escrow.)$1,000 paid out on the 6-month mark$1,000 paid out on the 1-year mark

Requirements:
- 1 year tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years 6 months tanker experience
