Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to support strategic sourcing and contracting efforts within client's growing battery energy storage portfolio. Lead negotiation and execution of master service agreements and project-specific contractsManage contract lifecycles across multiple concurrent initiativesEnsure commercial terms align with category strategy, risk mitigation, and business objectivesApply structured sourcing methodologies (e.g., seven-step sourcing process) Stakeholder & Supplier ManagementSupport cross-functional initiatives within the sourcing and category management teamsManage multiple contracts and sourcing events simultaneously with strong attention to detailBalance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree (required) Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or category managementStrong expertise in contract negotiation and contract managementFamiliarity with structured sourcing methodologiesExperience procuring both equipment and servicesStrong understanding of commercial terms, pricing models, and supplier evaluationExposure to OEMs or power equipment suppliersExperience managing complex supplier agreements and contract structures
