SALES SPA ASSOCIATEHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-time Front Desk Spa Associate at our Spring location. You are a critical link in growing our business and ensuring that our clients' experience is nothing less than OUTSTANDING!The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Meet or exceed spa membership goals
- Be a team player
- Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Follow company policies and procedures
