Principal PCB Materials Engineer

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a seasoned PCB Material Science SME in Santa Clara to lead R&D and manufacturing of high-layer-count PCBs. You will guide TLPS/PTFE material selections, develop new interconnect structures, and optimize stack-ups for reliability and cost efficiency. You will partner with engineering, signal integrity, design, sourcing, and operations teams, and mentor cross-functional groups while maintaining supplier relationships to meet roadmap needs.
