Psychiatric Mental Health NP: Patient-Centered Care Leader

Family Health Services in Sandusky, Ohio seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care and psychotherapy under psychiatrist direction in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, educate patients and families, document histories and treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans; on-site clinic environment with community focus.
