Senior Principal, Debt — Clean Energy Financing Leader

Crux Climate is seeking a Senior Principal, Debt to lead a book of debt mandates from IOI to close across construction, term, and tax equity structures. You will manage lender diligence, structuring, pricing, and documentation while guiding junior team members and coordinating with multiple product teams. You will drive deal velocity, present to Credit Committee, and shape capital solutions with sponsors and investors in a fast-growing, remote-first environment across the US and Canada.
