Regional HR Strategy Partner - Talent & Engagement Leader

QXO is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, developing and implementing HR strategies that support growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement across multiple field locations. The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational change in a non-union environment. In close partnership with regional leaders and Directors of Operations, this position
