THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. REQUIREMENTS //Strong knife skills (strongly preferred)Must be able to follow detailed recipes precisely, without error; strong reading and writing skills required Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality Bilingual in English and Spanish (not required but a plus!)Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
