Managing a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, the full-time Georgia Licensed Associate Attorney will provide strategic legal counsel and representation in court, arbitrations, and depositions while collaborating closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities: Conduct file reviews and perform legal analysis of claims and causes of action Draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs while performing extensive legal research Represent clients regularly in court, arbitrations, and depositions, while managing deadlines and assignments independentlyRequired qualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in Georgia; additional bar admissions are a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant practice group Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience with administrative proceedings, depositions, and mediations
