What You'll Do: Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise's hospitality and service standards.

What We're Looking For: High School Diploma/GED Strong customer service and communication skills Organized with excellent time management and follow-through Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Front Desk Concierge – Lead Hospitality with Purpose Front Desk Concierge | Senior Living Administration
