Compliance Manager

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually Drucker + Falk Drucker + Falk is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to provide centralized affordable housing compliance oversight across our multifamily portfolio. This position will serve as a key resource to property and regional teams, helping ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, Bond, HOME, HUD-financed, and other federal, state, and locally administered affordable housing programs. The Compliance Manager will oversee certification and regulatory requirements, support audits and inspections, maintain affordable housing systems including Yardi Voyager Affordable, Right Source, and Rent Cafe Affordable, monitor portfolio compliance and reporting, and provide training and guidance to operations teams. The position will also support new property transitions, due diligence, client engagement, and business development activities. Theideal candidate will have five or more years of affordable housing compliance experience, strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs, and the ability to manage compliance requirements across multiple properties and jurisdictions. Affordable housing certifications such as HCCP, COS, TCS, or SHCM are strongly preferred, along with experience using Yardi and Right Source. Regular travel throughout the portfolio is required. Oversee affordable housing compliance programs across the DF portfolio, including but not limited to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD/Section 8, Bond, HOME, Community Development Block Grant, HUD-financed properties, and other federal, state, city, county, and local affordable housing programs.
