Music License Coordinator

Primary responsibilities: Organizing and cataloging existing Pond 5 music licenses Tracking down license documents Preparing a clean, distributor-ready music clearance folder Advising on any additional music needs for E&O insurance Ideal candidate has experience with Royalty-free libraries (Pond 5, Artlist, Premium Beat, etc.) Indie film workflows Music cue sheets and basic clearance requirements

Additional responsibilities: Retrieve Pond 5 licenses from account history or contributor records Organize license PDFs by track title, contributor, and usage Create a simple spreadsheet listing each track's license status Ensure all files are ready for distributor review

Ideal candidate: Familiar with Pond 5 or similar royalty-free platforms Strong organizational and file-management skills Experience with indie film documentation Contract: Short-term, remote, immediate start This is a Contracted position in the field of Commercial, Corporate, & Pro Video Production, located in Los Angeles, CA.
