Director, Real Estate & Workplace Experience

Headway is seeking a Director of Real Estate & Workplace to own the physical foundation of how we work across multiple city offices. You will strategize space needs, negotiate leases, run buildouts, and oversee an in-house facilities team, partnering with executives to align office spaces with Headway’s mission. The role scales with Headway’s growth, requiring leadership across three sites, budget management, and a focus on an exceptional in-person employee experience.
