Overhire, Box Office

Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)Work box office on nights/days of performances Sell and distribute tickets to Juilliard events in multiple venues, using ticketing software Handle customer service inquiries and resolve ticketing/online issues Assist with membership/donor ticket fulfillment Provide information to public and Juilliard community about performances

Minimum Requirements: Ability to interact with the public courteously and efficiently, especially with senior citizens and students Box office experience including use of ticketing software.
