Construction Safety Manager – Major Data Center Construction - Hyperscale Data CenterPort Washington, Wisconsin$45–$50 per hour + per diem + benefits + W2 Employment 6-day project schedule Immediate requirement Preston Recruitment is supporting a major contractor with the appointment of an experienced Construction Safety Manager for a large-scale data center construction project in Port Washington, WI.This is a hands-on, field-based safety role for someone who is comfortable working at the center of a busy construction site alongside superintendents, craft personnel, subcontractors and client representatives. We are looking for someone who understands construction safety from the field - not just from behind a desk. You will play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture onsite, identifying hazards before they become incidents and working directly with project teams to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with OSHA, client and site-specific requirements.

Candidates should hold STS, CHST or an equivalent recognized safety certification. The strongest candidates will be practical, credible and highly visible in the field. You should be comfortable addressing unsafe work immediately while still building strong relationships with the crews and project teams around you.
