Director, Grid-Scale Systems Engineering

ON.energy is setting the standard for large load interconnection and delivering AI UPS technology to protect data centers and grid infrastructure. We seek a senior Systems Engineering leader to drive architecture, requirements, interfaces, and verification across grid-scale energy storage and power conversion products. You will mentor engineers, manage risk, and ensure design transfer from concept through field deployment, collaborating with sales, engineering, and program teams worldwide.
