Director of Programs

What You'll Do: Lead and support Program Managers across multiple sites and provide supervision Ensure programs meet contract requirements, compliance standards, and performance goals Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on operational support Guide teams through crisis response, incident management, and program challenges Monitor program outcomes, reports, audits, and corrective action plans Drive continuous improvement and service excellence across all programs

What You Bring: Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (required)A minimum of 5 years of Leadership experience in a shelter setting [Emergency Shelter, Interim Housing, or Transitional Housing] (required)Experience overseeing multiple programs and managing leadership-level staff Strong knowledge of compliance, contracts, audits, KPIs, and program operations Ability to coach teams, build trust, and lead with empathy and accountability
