Fleet Integration: Configure and deploy the newly installed printer fleet within the Pharos ecosystem (including Secure Release, embedded software clients, and print queues).Upgrade & Migration Execution: Lead the technical upgrade to the latest supported version (e.g., Blueprint 6.x or a migration to Pharos Cloud) ensuring database integrity and minimal user disruption.

Vendor Liaison: Work alongside our internal IT team to escalate and resolve outstanding licensing, quotation, or tier-2 support issues directly with Pharos Systems.
Required Qualifications & SkillsDeep Pharos Expertise: Proven experience architectural designing, installing, and upgrading Pharos Blueprint Enterprise or Pharos Uniprint.
Hardware Modernization Experience: Experience transitioning legacy Pharos environments from older, end-of-life MFP (Multi-Function Printer) hardware to modern multi-vendor fleets.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows Print Servers, SQL Server database administration (for Pharos DB migration), and Active Directory/Entra ID integration.
Network Printing Protocols: Solid grasp of TCP/IP printing, secure release workflows, and embedded terminal configurations (i_InEO, Sentry Print, etc.).Problem Solver: Ability to work efficiently under time constraints to restore broken business workflows.
