As our Manitowoc Malthouse Facility continues to grow, we are searching for an individual to work as a Malthouse Operator: Individual is responsible for the movement of grain as well as monitoring the steep, germination, and kilning(drying process) of barley or other raw grains. Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records. Perform sanitation of associated areas. Other duties as assigned. Starting pay of $25.50 (+) $1.00 for 3rd Shift Premium. HOURSPosition is for 3rd shift, traditionally scheduled 11pm to 7am. Weekend work will be scheduledJOB REQUIREMENTS:We are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude. Prior experience in food plant sanitation and GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus. Prior experience with forkliftspreferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
