Survey Division Leader - Projects, QA/QC & Client Growth

Pennoni is seeking a Survey Division Manager for our Hampton Roads, Virginia office. This full-time leadership role will oversee field and office surveying teams, manage projects, and drive client relationships. Active VA LS credential required; travel to field sites is occasional. Ideal candidates demonstrate extensive surveying experience, strong project management, and the ability to grow the business through proposals and marketing initiatives while ensuring QA/QC and on-time delivery.
