Job Description: The Retail Junior Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and collaboration with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Support merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the day
  • Operate checkout systems and process sales transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales and service goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in retail environments
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools
  • Strong customer service and cash handling skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
