This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation, where you will play a key role administering business-critical applications and driving process improvements across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing. Working alongside IT, operations, and external software vendors, you will serve as the technical and functional liaison ensuring business systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with operational goals, while developing your expertise across Oracle R12, ePS Radius, and reporting tools like Power BI.In this hands-on role, you will manage system configuration, troubleshoot manufacturing and operational issues, support upgrades and integrations, and help identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across the business. This role would suit someone with experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations who is looking to recognized as an Oracle expert, looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company across multiple sites.

The Role: Own Oracle R12 and ePS Radius administration, including configuration, security, upgrades, integrations, data integrity, and master data governance. Support manufacturing and business operations across estimating, planning, purchasing, scheduling, shop floor, reporting, and Power BI, providing Tier 1–3 troubleshooting and user support. Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation, documentation, and user training. The Candidate Experience supporting ERP/business applications, ideally with Oracle ERP administration and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. Strong SQL, reporting, and analytical skills, with experience in data integrity and business application support. Manufacturing and distribution experience, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support operational processes.
