Focused and competitive, the full-time salaried College Relations Specialist will establish and maintain relationships with universities, promote on-campus and virtual events, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill recruiting needs.
Key responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions while planning and executing professional development events Attend college career fairs to promote the brand and interact with students, reporting on recruiting metrics after each event Proactively identify and prioritize universities for outreach based on potential value and growth opportunities
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related areas Creative and energetic individual with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and trends Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
