About the Role: As a Prep Cook, you'll play a critical role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll prepare high-quality ingredients and menu components that support daily service and special events. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, eager to learn, and passionate about skills in the kitchen. This is a tip-eligible position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within a professional brewery kitchen.

What You'll Do: Prepare and portion ingredients including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, breads, sauces, and stocksMaintain proper food pars, labeling, rotation, and storageSupport kitchen line and event teams with consistent, timely prepFollow recipes and kitchen standards to ensure quality and consistencyAssist with opening and closing prep dutiesMaintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations and equipmentCommunicate food or equipment concerns to kitchen leadershipFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
