Conflicts Attorney: Ethics & Risk Advisor

Venable LLP is seeking a Conflicts Attorney in Tysons, VA to evaluate and resolve conflicts of interest for new business intake, matter openings, client updates, and lateral onboarding. You will conduct in-depth analyses, advise leadership on risk and ethics, and draft waivers and ethical screens. The role supports matter opening workflows, reviews Outside Counsel Guidelines, and maintains high-quality conflicts data and processes for the firm. A JD and at least 3 years in conflicts are required.
