Donut Bakers WantedAs a Dunkin' franchisee, we are looking for dedicated Donut Bakers to craft fresh, delicious donuts and baked goods for our guests. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with early or flexible hours and an independent workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and bake donuts, bagels, and other baked goods according to Dunkin' quality standards.
- Ensure proper dough preparation, proofing, frying, and finishing techniques.
- Maintain and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and stock levels.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Keep the baking area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet demand and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
