Graduated up ramping of yearly time-off with 40 days of PTO starting year 3No overnight call Pod-based clinic structure with dedicated support team for all clinical workflows (e.g. inbox management, surgical clearances, Peer-to-Peer, refill management, medical records, etc.)EPIC-based system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation Average outpatient volume: 11 - 22 patients per day, depending on days clinic schedule.
