Scope of Responsibility: Essential Duties: Assist with HRIS testing, process documentation, workflows, configuration, and system settings. Review employee records for accuracy and help resolve data discrepancies. Assist with data integrity of benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, coverage changes, and open enrollment. Support benefits invoice reviews and reconcile enrollment information with payroll deductions and vendor records. Run standard HR and benefits reports and assist with audits. Track completed employee incentives and process payment to their FSA/HSA accounts Monitor health insurance arrears for employees out on FMLA/LOAMaintain confidentiality when handling employee and benefits information.
Position Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Up to one year of experience in HR, benefits, administrative support, or data entry. Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills. Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills, V-Lookups and comfort learning new systems. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly, manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Perferred Requirements:
Familiarity with UKG or other HRISBasic understanding of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Demonstrated ability to work with frequent interruptions in workflow and constantly changing priorities.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time with the ability to move throughout the office.
Must be able to perform physical activities that require use of fingers, hands and arms, such as sitting, typing, using office equipment and reaching. Some additional physical activities may require walking, stooping, bending, twisting, and handling of materials.
Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness and a safety-minded individual.
Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources.
