CSR/Dispatch

Key responsibilities include: Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, and service requests Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job priority Maintain and update schedules in real-time Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Enter and manage job details accurately in the system Follow up on appointments and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing industry a plus) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using scheduling/CRM software Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset What we offer: Competitive pay Benefits package (health, dental, 401K match) Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why join us?
