Providers will practice in a dedicated 110-bed pediatric hospital with a full spectrum of pediatric subspecialties and comprehensive clinical support. This full-time opportunity offers a predictable schedule, competitive compensation package, and the chance to serve a vibrant border community. Practice Info Medical office building adjacent to hospital for seamless care coordination 110-bed pediatric hospital, including 40-bed general pediatric unit, 16-bed PICU, and newly built 30-bed Level IV NICU Board-certified pediatric anesthesiologists on staff, pediatric hospitalists, and 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage On-site pediatric subspecialists spanning cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and more Compensation Guaranteed base salary with production bonus

Requirements: MD or DO degree Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Surgery Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
