Key Responsibilities: Create individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance recovery. Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician recommendations, delivering therapeutic interventions using advanced methodologies including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise regimens. Engage and educate patients and their families in understanding treatment goals and the use of therapeutic exercises and equipment outside of therapy sessions. Document patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare team members to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Prioritize caseload management and efficiently coordinate with other professionals regarding referrals, progress updates, and discharge planning. Stay up-to-date with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults and children who require rehabilitation services for various conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and postoperative recovery. Your ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each patient, along with your focus on fostering a motivating environment, will be crucial in promoting recovery and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications: Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of starting the position.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with hands-on experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skill level.
