Retail Accounting Associate

Retail Accounting Clerk Robinson Oil is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Accounting Clerk to join our corporate accounting team. Working from our corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, this full-time role serves as a key liaison between our accounting department and retail locations, helping ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of daily store activity. What the Retail Accounting Clerk does Review daily store reports and validate against exception reports Research and resolve credit card retrieval and discrepancy requests Reconcile store accounts and general ledger activity Process accounts payable transactions Prepare reports and proactively review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Partner with store managers to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies Support month-end closing activities and audit preparation as needed.
