Theater Property Protection & Documention Security Officers Needed

Job Description: This is a temp site and we need guards for morning, swings and Graves for approximately 1 week to monitor a theater. You will be in plain clothes so no uniform but a Guard Guard is Required for this detail. Below are the duties required for this detail: Maintain a high-visibility security presence at the exterior of the theater. Monitor and observe property, equipment, and other items being removed from the building or premises. Photograph each item leaving the property as directed by the client. Document the date, time, description of property, and circumstances surrounding property removal. Record descriptions of individuals involved, including clothing and other observable identifying details when appropriate. Document vehicles involved, including vehicle type, color, license plate information when safely observable, and direction of travel. Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports. Provide clear factual documentation that may be used by management, the client, law enforcement, or insurance representatives when necessary. Maintain an open and visible post, allowing individuals on or around the property to recognize that security personnel are actively monitoring the area. Remain professional, alert, and observant throughout the assigned shift. Do not stop, detain, confront, or physically interfere with individuals removing property unless otherwise specifically authorized by law and company policy. Do not determine whether property removal is authorized; that determination is made by the client or designated property representative. Immediately report significant or suspicious activity to the appropriate client representative and/or law enforcement when required.
