To enhance academic operations within the Physician Assistant Department, the full-time salaried Director of Academic Operations will design, integrate, and sustain systems that support curriculum delivery, assessment, and accreditation alignment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Design and maintain workflow automations for core academic processes, ensuring operational efficiency Train and support faculty and staff in the adoption of academic systems, focusing on practical use and sustainability Coordinate with IT and vendors to align systems with institutional standards while managing operational workflows
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in academic technology solution design, workflow automation, and data management Former academic role in PA, medical education, or operations is strongly preferred Experience with training and documentation development, including guides and training videos Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
