Process Engineer - Lean, Safety & Quality On the Floor

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Process Engineer to act as an extension of management with a strong on-the-floor presence. You will drive safety, product quality, and process control while developing and maintaining systems to ensure plant products meet customer specs with high reliability. You will influence maintenance programs, support capital projects, and contribute to visual controls, material flow, and process tracking.
