Key Responsibilities: Master our POS system for seamless bookings & operations Lead front desk & hospitality staff as floor manager Build schedules to keep staffing on point Support stylists & foster a positive, fun team vibe Deliver 5-star customer service every day Manage inventory, orders, and sales targets Hire, train, and coach front desk team Keep the salon spotless (cleaning, laundry, upkeep) Contribute to social media & local marketing Attend staff meetings & escape to Ops/Owner as needed Maintain a smoke/vape-free environment

Qualifications: Motivated, reliable, coachable, and a natural people person Proven experience managing a busy customer-facing team Beauty salon experience a plus (not required)
