Senior Federal Capture Director

Cydecor is seeking a Capture Director to lead strategy and execution for priority opportunities across the DoD/DoW, IC, and broader national security market. The Director will shape pursuits from qualification through award, coordinating with BD, Customer Engagement, Operations, pricing, contracts, and executive leadership to position wins effectively before solicitation. Hybrid schedule includes 2-3 days in Crystal City, VA, with travel as needed for engagements and pursuits.
