Hybrid Civil Fraud Prosecutions

The Ohio Attorney General's Office seeks an experienced Assistant Attorney General - Civil Attorney to handle health care fraud and patient abuse matters in a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. Ideal candidates will have strong research and writing skills, civil litigation experience, and be licensed to practice in Ohio. The headquarter is in Columbus, with work across the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit.
