Bilingual Auto Parts Customer Service Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

We have been providing quality automotive body and collision parts since 1998. We are looking for aCustomer Service Representativewho enjoys working with customers, handling orders, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment. Automotive or auto parts experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do: Answer incoming customer calls and assist customers with their orders Create, enter, and modify orders accurately in our computer system Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and order status Process returns, credits, and customer payments Enter information and navigate multiple computer screens and systems Provide friendly, professional customer service to repair shops and automotive customers Work closely with the team to make sure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks throughout the day

What We're Looking For: Customer service experience preferred Automotive, auto parts, collision repair, or parts-counter experience is a plus Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers Computer-savvy with the ability to enter data, type accurately, and learn new software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred Must be able to pass a background check Schedule & Overtime Monday through Friday. Typical schedules may include: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Or a similar weekday schedule Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. Why Work With Frontier Auto Parts?
