Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist

What You'll Do: As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in keeping our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Closing repair orders and parts counter tickets Scanning and organizing repair orders and parts documentation Processing cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately Verifying daily sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair order totals Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive, professional attitude Assisting with service department filing and general administrative support What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both customers and team members.
