Medical Laboratory Technician

This role is crucial in providing high-quality medical laboratory services across various departments such as emergency care, cardiology, and oncology. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and preventing diseases by conducting laboratory tests, preparing specimens, and analyzing the chemical and hormonal contents of body fluids. Prepare samples for analysis using various laboratory equipment. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper methodology and use of equipment. Record and report test results to relevant departments. Perform maintenance on laboratory instruments to ensure operational efficiency. Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and standards. Assist with the collection and processing of biological specimens. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide timely lab results. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
