Key responsibilities:
Understand the relationship between benefit configuration and claims processing payment rules
Collaborate with stakeholders to document customer needs and design product configuration elements
Audit configuration against benefit plan requirements and verify accuracy following source documentation
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with Epic-Tapestry, EZ-CAP, Xcelys, IDX, or FACETS
2+ years of experience in Medicare benefit configuration or claims issue resolution
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new computer system applications
