Licensed Construction Superintendent

Role Overview: Command the Field We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendents to be the definitive leaders on our field operations team. This is a critical role that demands exceptional on-site leadership and deep technical expertise in ground-up construction methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Drive Execution and Excellence As a Superintendent, you will be the face of our project, responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery on our most significant builds. Field Command: Oversee and lead all day-to-day field operations on assigned ground-up construction projects, driving schedules and resource allocation. Quality & Delivery: Guarantee projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the absolute highest quality standards expected by our capital clients. Team Leadership: Expertly coordinate, direct, and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor teams to maintain maximum productivity. Safety & Compliance (NYC Focus): Maintain strict compliance with all NYC building codes and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and fully compliant work environment. Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work closely and collaboratively with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to proactively resolve complex field issues and keep momentum strong. Reporting: Provide clear, detailed daily and weekly reporting to the Chief Superintendent on project progress, risks, and critical milestones.

Qualifications: What You BringNYC License: Must possess a valid NYC Superintendent Registration (Non-negotiable).

Experience: 6–8 years of construction experience, with a clear and mandatory history of successfully managing entire projects from foundation-to-completion (ground-up).Project Scope: Extensive field experience specifically in high-rise residential or large commercial ground-up construction in New York City. Leadership: Strong, decisive leadership skills with the ability to direct diverse teams, enforce strict safety protocols, and maintain high productivity. Commitment: Demonstrated career stability and professional commitment with prior employers is highly valued. Competitive Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 Incentives: Performance-based bonus incentives.
